1. METHODS OF PAYMENT

1.1 Payment by Credit / Debit Card:

Payment by Credit and Debit Card: The online store KARLAS ART WORLD accepts all Visa, Mastercard, American credit cards Express and DINERS. The security of your transactions is guaranteed by the secure management of your Piraeus Bank ePos data, which accepts all the above cards.

After you complete your order, a form will automatically appear in which you will fill in the details of your card. Upon completion of the payment, the KARLAS ART WORLD website will reappear.

If the order is placed on the data and on behalf of a company, then the credit card you use must be corporate. That is, to have been issued in the data of the respective company.

1.2 Payment upon delivery of your order to your location (Cash on Delivery):

Pay our company’s partner upon delivery of your order to your location. The cost is as follows, depending on the courier company.

1.3 Payment by bank transfer:

We give you the opportunity to pay for your order by bank transfer. You will be sent the necessary information with the IBAN of the account and the name of the beneficiary, which is the following:

Next, send us the copy of the bank payment order by fax to 2310.98.98.24 or to the form Contact , indicating your order number so that it can be done easily and quickly the identification. Upon receipt of the copy of the bank payment order, we process your order.

According to the current tax provisions, documents worth more than € 500 (including VAT) to individuals (Retail Receipt) and documents worth more than € 500 (before VAT) to professionals / companies (Sales Invoice) should be paid ONLY in the following ways:

• Deposit / transfer to bank account
• Credit card or debit card

Payment via IRIS Online Payments

You can complete your payment easily and securely through IRIS Online Payments, with no extra fees. After completing your checkout, a QR code will appear — simply scan it using your bank’s e-banking or mobile banking app to make the payment, without using a card.

Please make sure to include your order number in the payment description, so we can confirm your payment quickly and prepare your order for shipping.

2. ORDER / DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS / SHIPPING COSTS

Order Completion:

When you place your order, you get the following message (example): "YOUR ORDER WAS CONFIRMED. THANK YOU. An email has been sent to your address. " together with the order details (code, payment and shipping method, products, sets). In case you do not find the email, please check the junk (spam, junk).

The store will notify you of any deficiencies by phone or email.

Delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 for Thessaloniki *, Athens.

Product Receipt:

Place your order by 15:00 Monday to Friday and KARLAS ART WORLD sends your order the next business day to the cities:

• Thessaloniki *
• Athens
• In case you want a transport company of your choice with which KARLAS ART WORLD does not cooperate then the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

* For orders within Thessaloniki, the possibility of delivery is also provided on Saturday (if requested in the comments of the order)

Shipping Methods:

2.1. Via Courier Company

Karlas.gr stores cooperate with the following courier companies.

2.1.1. Via Geniki Tachydromiki

For orders over €50 and up to 3 kg, shipping costs are free throughout Greece. Please consult the table below for charges, as according to it the cost is calculated based on the volumetric weight*.

You can also choose pickup from Geniki Tachydromiki stores. In this case, Geniki Tachydromiki will contact you to ask whether you wish to collect your order from a BOX NOW Locker.

2.1.2. Via ELTA Courier

For orders over €50 and up to 2 kg, shipping costs are free throughout Greece. Please consult the table below for charges, as according to it the cost is calculated based on the volumetric weight*.

2.1.3. Courier Notes

For any shortages, the store will inform you by phone.

Please read the shipping methods carefully before proceeding with your order.

Products are delivered to the address you provided via courier company. Your order usually has a delivery time of 1–3 working days (under normal conditions) from the day the parcel is received by the courier and is recommended for small-volume products (e.g. brushes, paint tubes, etc.).

There is a restriction for bulky items such as canvases, large paper sizes, etc.*

* To calculate the volumetric weight (in kilograms), we multiply the package dimensions (length x width x height) in cm and divide by 5,000

If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight (e.g. canvases, large paper sheets, etc.), it is considered the final weight of the order

2.2. Via Transport Company

You receive the products at the address you stated through the Transport company. Your order is usually delivered from 1-7 working days, after consultation with the transport company. It is usually preferred for large volume products (eg easel, crate, etc.).

Charges vary at Transport companies, depending on the volume of the package, the weight, the area to be is sent etc.

In any case we will contact you as soon as possible for the shipping amount of your order.

2.3. Via Transport Company with Customer charge

We can work with your Trasnport Company as long as you write in the comments the details of your metaphor (name, telephone, manager, and whatever else you deem necessary). In this case the order must already be paid with one of the available payment methods.

2.4. Karlas Express (Coming Soon)
