You can place it with the "Cart" button there any product you are interested in buying, but also remove it with the Delete icon.

How can I order;

Find the products you are interested in through the search engines or from the various topic pages. Click the "BASKET" button on the product you are interested in and it will go into your online 'shopping cart'.

When you have finished your selections click on the "COMPLETE" link SHOPPING ”located below the list of products you have in your cart and you will go to a secure connection where you will be asked to define your details as well as payment and shipping methods.

Orders received on public holidays are served the next day workable.

Do I have to register?

You can order whether you are a member of karlas.gr or not. If you are, you will save time on your next order and you will be informed immediately about our offers and actions. Fill in the form of your e-mail & the password you stated during your registration and login to the membership area.

If you are not a member, click the create new button account. Fill in an active email account on the new member registration form. The e-mail you declare must exist because all our communication will be done through the e-mail you stated during your registration.

Do I want to issue an invoice?

In case you want a purchase invoice issue you can choose an invoice issue and fill in your company details as indicated on the company stamp. If there is a problem with the version we will contact you so you will need to fill in a valid phone number.

Has my order been completed?

Can I return a defective product?

Product returns are only accepted if the product is defective or does not meet its description as long as the buyer informs our store immediately (within 10 days and with the receipt or purchase invoice). The product must not have been used. Our store is not responsible for any damage to the products during transport. The products travel at the risk and responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive;

Delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 for Thessaloniki *, Athens.

Product Receipt:

Place your order by 15:00 Monday to Friday and KARLAS ART WORLD sends your order the next business day to the cities:

• Thessaloniki *
• Athens
• In case you want a transport company of your choice with which KARLAS ART WORLD does not cooperate then the transport costs are borne by clients.

* For orders within Thessaloniki, the possibility of delivery is also provided on Saturday (if requested in the comments of the order)

How much does the shipping cost;

For orders over €50 and up to 2 kg, shipping costs are FREE for all of Greece. Consult the table below for the charges as it calculates the cost depending on the volumetric weight.

Can I pick it up from a store?

Temporarily, you can NOT pick up from our stores. For any information, however, call us at 2310989824 store hours and we will be happy to serve you.

My order has been delayed

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

The product has been delayed to be shipped by our supplier: In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers either domestic or international. However, there are cases where an order of ours can be "stuck" at the customs or in its transport, as a result of which we do not have it in our warehouses when we calculate.
